Adriana has coached hundreds of clients, both virtually and in-person, focusing on strength building, weight loss, and overall wellness. She has experience training a wide range of populations, including teens, seniors, athletes, and dancers.
Adriana holds a BFA in Musical Theatre, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, 200-hour Yoga Teacher, Barre Certified, and skilled in teaching sculpt, kettlebells, rowing, and boxing. Additionally, she is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist.
