RX30 Summer Camp for Kids (Ages 8-12)

Get ready for an exciting and active summer at RX30 Fitness! Our Summer Camp for Kids is designed to keep kids engaged with a perfect mix of fitness training and fun challenges. The camp will help your child develop strength, coordination, agility, speed, learn boxing technique, and practice yoga, all while building teamwork skills, improving social connections, and developing a love for sports. They’ll gain confidence, learn to communicate, and make new friends—all while having a blast!

Camp Details:

  • Day Pass: $200 $150 (Pre-register by April 30th!)

Daily Schedule

Each day of camp is packed with fun, fitness, and skill-building activities! Here’s a look at the daily schedule:

  • 8:00 – 8:45 AM: Strength & Conditioning

  • 8:45 – 9:00 AM: Snack Time/Break

  • 9:00 – 9:45 AM: Boxing

  • 9:45 – 10:00 AM: Break

  • 10:00 – 10:45 AM: Yoga

  • 10:45 – 11:15 AM: Lunch

  • 11:15 – 12:00 PM: Speed & Agility

  • 12:00 – 1:00 PM: Sports & Special Events

How This Summer Program Will Help Your Kid

Strength & Conditioning

These sessions help kids build a solid fitness foundation by improving strength, endurance, and flexibility. Through fun, structured exercises, they develop better posture, core stability, and overall athletic ability, setting the stage for a lifetime of healthy movement.

Boxing Training


Boxing teaches kids essential skills like coordination, discipline, and self-confidence. By practicing footwork, punches, and defensive techniques, they enhance their reflexes, focus, and mental toughness while having fun in a safe and controlled environment.

Yoga for Flexibility & Mindfulness

Yoga helps kids improve flexibility, balance, and concentration while promoting relaxation and stress relief. Learning mindful breathing and simple poses enhances their focus, posture, and emotional well-being, creating a strong mind-body connection.

Speed & Agility Training

Speed and agility drills boost quickness, reaction time, and coordination, helping kids move efficiently in any sport. These workouts develop better footwork, enhance overall athletic performance, and improve their ability to change direction swiftly and safely.


Weekly Sports Development

Through engaging team sports and skill-based challenges, kids learn teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship. Whether playing soccer, basketball, or obstacle courses, they build confidence, improve coordination, and develop a love for movement and competition in a fun, 

supportive setting.

Teamwork & Social Skills

Helps your child build friendships, improve communication, and learn teamwork—essential skills often lost in today’s digital world. Through fun group activities, they’ll gain confidence, cooperation skills, and real-life social connections beyond screens.

Strength & Conditioning

RX30 Summer Camp Policies

Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the registered start date will receive a 100% refund (minus a $50 processing fee).

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 14-29 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. (minus a $50 processing fee).

  • No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date or after the camp has begun are non-refundable.

  • Medical Exceptions: If a child is unable to attend due to a documented medical issue, we will offer a credit toward future RX30 programs (valid for 1 year).

Flexibility in Scheduling:

  • Rescheduling Requests: Parents may request a schedule change with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Make-Up Days: If your child misses a day due to illness or an emergency, we allow one make-up day per week, as long as there is an open spot. Make-up days must be used within the same camp session.

  • Switching Between Weekly & Daily Passes: If you need to switch from a weekly pass to daily passes (or vice versa), we will accommodate the change based on availability.

  • Late Drop-Offs & Early Pick-Ups: Allowed, but parents must notify staff in advance for smooth coordination.

These policies help us maintain an organized and enjoyable experience for all campers while offering reasonable flexibility for families.
