Billy De La Rosa

Coach Billy has been creating change in the fitness industry for over 18 years, while also practicing and mastering what he teaches. As a Coach, he aspires to positively impact the lives of every person that walks through the doors at RX30. “The agenda is to always leave RX30 feeling accomplished and confident that you are one step closer to your goals”. Members describe Coach Billy’s style and programming as experienced and personalized. Carolin De La Rosa

Carolin has multiple years of personal training under her weight belt along with a degree in mental health counseling. She is a mother of two and an athlete, who believes competing in the fitness world provides her with a better understanding of how to break down movements. Combining her personal experiences with that of her studies, Carolin offers a well-rounded and intimate fitness experience. She wants to show other moms that they too can be fit and strong. It truly is possible to make time for yourself while balancing family life.

Karla Jimenez

As Co-Owner of Nuevo Nivel CrossFit & ilovekickboxing studios in Peru, Karla has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry with a passion for motivating people to set realistic and achievable goals. She is a Certified CrossFit Level 1 & 2 trainer, certified IIN health coach, fitness kickboxing instructor & personal trainer. “Training to achieving your fitness goals is a great way to get healthy, but what you do outside of the gym matters even more! Find activities that you love and are passionate about and fitness will follow.

Andrew Mauney

Andrew has spent his whole life staying active. Growing up near Pittsburgh, PA he was a multi-sport athlete, eventually playing lacrosse at Miami of Ohio. After moving to NYC in 2008, he was introduced too, and fell in love with, Yoga. The form and functional movement of yoga combined with his history of weight training naturally lent itself to a functional strength training path. Andrew began teaching TRX classes in 2015 at a boutique Upper East Side studio, spent several years at a large Indoor Cycling studio, and eventually settled into HIIT/Bootcamp classes. Andrew’s class will first teach you how to do the move safely and efficiently, then challenge you to push past your limits and achieve your goals… all with some ridiculous banter along the way! Outside of the class setting, he works as a personal trainer, actor, and photographer, and lives in the UES with his wife.

Amanda Foley

A few years ago, Amanda expanded her love for fitness by getting her ACE Group Fitness certification so she could share that passion with others. She encourages members to make achievable goals, challenge themselves during their workouts, and acknowledge & celebrate their improvements over time. Motivation and proper form combined with some smiles and laughs are central to her classes! Amanda taught HIIT and indoor cycling (Les Mills RPM) classes for a few years in Columbus, OH, and is excited to coach at RX30 now that she’s back in NY. Amanda is also an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

Kwame Hayes

Hey RX30 fam my name is Kwame. I’ve been coaching/teaching martial arts and fitness for  15 years as well as small group/ personal training for over 8 years. My goal is to learn what you want to accomplish and help you get there in the best way possible. I will help you focus on mobility as well as effective and efficient movements. With the energy I will bring to class, I know you’ll have a good time. My playlist is filled with lots of different songs to insure I have one of your favorites. I have a pretty laid back personality.. BUT I am here to push you to new limits. I’m excited to see you in class soon! 

Jean-Paul Jimenez

As a former CrossFit box owner in Peru, Jean-Paul has been coaching since 2013. He believes that CrossFit is not a means to an end for most people, but that it makes people better at what they love. This was true for him with basketball, cycling and swimming. It’s an innovative form of functional training and it truly matters what you do outside of the gym and not just inside. JP likes to keep his workouts fresh and innovative, and the serenity of an early morning to write out his programming for the day is his favorite part of being a coach.

Laura Young

Laura is a New York native fitness coach! As well as a class coach, Laura is a personal trainer of 8 years and a yoga trainer. She is a PN1 nutrition coach, is TRX certified, is 500 hour RYT certified, and is Pre/Post Natal Certified. This past October, Laura won 3rd place at the WBFF Body Builder competition! Laura is here to help you get into the best shape of your life. After 2 ACL/meniscus surgeries, she puts great emphasis on strength, alignment, and balance for all of her clients. Joseph Reyes

Joseph has be active in the Fitness Industry for over 17 years working alongside some of the top fitness professionals in the industry.As part of working in the Fitness Industry, Joseph has facilitated his classes in collaboration with the Department of Education and on a National/International scale. He has taken his experience and created a dynamic blend of Boxing, H.I.I.T., Kettlebell, TRX to put your fitness level to the test. Whatever level you are in — Joseph will ensure you are challenged while having a smile on your face.  In his free time, Joseph enjoys creating projects in the field of art, photography and music. He is also a professional Breaker-dancer, Capoerista (Martial Art), Intuitive Healer and Spiritual Teacher.

Swetha Amaresan

Swetha may come across as sweet and friendly, but that doesn’t mean she won’t push you to challenge your limits! A lover of fitness for many years, across modalities such as strength, HIIT, indoor cycling, swimming, yoga, and boxing, she holds the ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification. Her mission is to inspire people to embrace a healthier, yet attainable, lifestyle with a body-positive attitude. She will motivate you to lift heavier, move faster, and get a bit sweatier – all while encouraging you to keep coming back for more! Swetha will help you achieve your goals and start the weekend strong every Friday evening

Liam Glennon

Originally from Ireland, Liam moved to Dublin to attend Trinity College in 1993 and began training in traditional karate. He received his black belt in 2001 and moved to the US the following year.  Liam has degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from Trinity College Dublin with a Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa.Training certifications include: NASM, ACSM and ACE Pre Post Natal. He specializes in developing lean strength, power and conditioning by utilizing: proper movement, running, boxing, karate, kettlebells, mace, dumbbells, clubs, sledgehammers, tires, ropes and bodyweight exercises.Liam has trained clients of all ages and from all walks of life. He believes everyone can realize their potential by employing intelligent, evolved training methods through individualized fitness programs.

Flora Mcleod

Flora is a professional dancer and NASM Certified Personal Trainer driven to help people find their confidence and strength through training. After suffering a back injury Flora dove into physical therapy which inspired her to continue her cross training journey and learn more about injury prevention work. With a great understanding of functional movement and strength training through dance Flora loves working with her team to push their bodies to new heights. She is very passionate about being a positive force in people’s lives and guiding them through their fitness journeys.

Janet Rogers

As a chiropractor and personal trainer, Janet has been changing peoples’ lives for the better for 20 plus years. However, growing up she wasn’t active and loved sweets, and by age 50 she weighed 200 pounds. She knew something had to change.  She tried different workouts, but nothing clicked until she fell in love with CrossFit in 2008.  In 2015, she competed in the CrossFit Games, and placed sixth in her age group.  Janet discovered that the power and courage she gained through becoming fit and strong carried out into every aspect of her life, and she is determined to ignite that power in everyone she works with.  She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, ISSA certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, and a Precision Nutrition Level II Coach.

Janet creates workouts for her clients that meet them at their level, while constantly challenging them to become stronger and meet their fitness goals. She excels at teaching proper form and her workouts are never boring! Janet specializes in Strength Training, Weight Loss, Nutrition Coaching and Olympic Lifting.  In her free time, she hangs out with her cat Tigger, and loves going to see theater, dance, and music performances.

Ezra Rivera

Ezra started exercising at 17, after a football injury had him out of commission for a while. He loves helping his clients reach their fitness goals and see them happy and feeling good about themselves. His favorite part about being a coach is the personal connection with his clients. Ezra’s tip for anyone wanting to start a fitness routine? “Make sure to do your research and find credible sources.”

Taylor Nicoletti

Taylor is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with an extreme passion for fitness. She has been attending RX30 as a loyal member since the grand opening in February 2023, attending 4-6 classes every week. As an indoor cycling instructor as well, Taylor understands the importance of motivating and encouraging all members, regardless of their fitness level, to dig deep, bringing all the positive vibes to her classes. The sense of accomplishment she feels after a killer workout is something she hopes to pass on to members during her classes, and looks forward to getting to know members on a personal level to help them reach their goals.

Tony Cortopassi

Tony has been involved in the fitness industry for over 26 years as a Personal Trainer. He loves to work out and loves seeing people get excited about feeling better both physically and mentally through exercise and a healthy lifestyle.  Tony has worked with diverse populations and has helped many people reach theirFitness, Health, & Personal Goals. Tony is here to encourage, motivate and empower clients to achieve their personal health and fitness goals through training programs specifically designed to meet their needs.

Isadora Oquaye

Isadora’s goal is to make science-based health and wellness information accessible to everyone. After studying biology in college, Isadora went on to explore the world of personal training, acquiring her personal training certification through the Nation Academy of Sports Medicine. She has spent the past five years helping clients of all ages and abilities achieve their health and fitness goals.

Her specialties include corrective exercises and glute training along with calisthenics, powerlifting, and nutritional coaching. Each session with Isadora is created to meet you where you are, bring you closer to your goals, and empower you to explore new things while having fun at the same time.

Skyler McNulty

 Skyler is a dynamic certified personal trainer from sunny California.  With over 5 years of experience and a NASM certification under her belt, Skyler brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Drawing from her diverse background in professional dance, Mixed Martial Arts, and CrossFit, Skyler’s approach to training is anything but conventional. Skyler aims to turn fitness into a thrilling adventure, blending discipline, variety, and fun into every session. What truly sets her apart is her dedication to inclusivity. From seasoned athletes to children and teenagers, Skyler takes pride in crafting personalized programs that cater to each individual’s needs and aspirations. Her training style is a perfect balance of tough love and unwavering support. As a go-getter herself, Skyler believes in pushing limits while fostering a positive and motivating environment. With her by your side, you’ll not only achieve your fitness goals but realize the Sky is not the limit.

Rashad Williams

Coach Rashad started CrossFit in 2019 after growing up playing various sports and doing personal training . He previously coached at his own gym in Florida before returning back to the Bronx.  He is a CF-L2 (CrossFit Level 2 Trainer) and especially enjoys coaching kids of all ages.  He loves a tough workout himself but knows how to adjust a workout to each client’s ability.  In his free time, Rashad loves exercising his 90lb dog, spending time with his kids, reading, and eating everything.

Katie McConaughy

Katie is a professional dancer/performer who has traveled the world sharing her love of theater and fitness. After moving to New York 6 years ago, she got group fitness certified to continue that journey. She has a history of functional strength training, hiit, cardio conditioning, dance and yoga. Katie loves helping people improve their form so that they can prevent injury and push to new levels. All while having fun and smiling through the sweat.

Marguerite Zampini

Marguerite has been working in the fitness industry since 1997 and throughout her career has built health-related programs to help improve community health, such as free fitness for Flatbush, gospel fitness, and a partnership with Sesame street redesigning day care centers curriculum.  In her free time she likes to travel, dance and spend time with loved ones.

Cheyenne Tee

Cheyenne is originally from Oklahoma and grew up dancing since the age of 3 years old. Cheyenne danced competitively all around the country until she graduated high school and moved to New York City to attend Marymount Manhattan College. From there, Cheyenne was accepted into Broadway Dance Centers Professional Semester Program which launched her professional dance career. Cheyenne started teaching HIIT, Trampoline, Step, Dance Cardio and Sculpt classes in Jersey City and Manhattan. When COVID hit, Cheyenne made her way back to Oklahoma/ Texas where she taught cycling and dance classes 8-12 times a week. Returning to New York City in November of 2023 to continue her dance career, Cheyenne teaches boxing and HIIT classes. Cheyennes approach to fitness is intense, loud and fun!

Kristian Guy

Marguerite has been working in the fitness industry since 1997 and throughout her career has built health-related programs to help improve community health, such as free fitness for Flatbush, gospel fitness, and a partnership with Sesame street redesigning day care centers curriculum.  In her free time she likes to travel, dance and spend time with loved ones.

Liana Giangiulio

Liana is a 4’11” powerlifter with a passion to empower clients to feel in charge of their health and wellness journey. They have worked with more than 100 in-person clients in Boston, Philadelphia, and New York with goals ranging from gaining strength, body recompositioning (“toning!”), perfecting a specific lift, and aging gracefully. Specialities include strength training, functional fitness, powerlifting, and creating safe LGBTQIA+ workout spaces. Liana promotes education in their sessions and classes, explaining the why and how behind the programming, and tailors the experience to support individual needs. Liana believes qualities and habits created in the gym — discipline, consistency, and self-confidence — translate into all other areas of life, and they love to support clients’ personal growth (inside and outside!) of their fitness routine.   When not in the gym, you can catch them salsa/bachata dancing across NYC. 

Delia Fernandez

Hello! I’m Coach Delia, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as your guide on this exhilarating journey of HIIT designed specifically for kids. With a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and background in fitness coaching, I’m here to bring a dynamic, fun, and impactful fitness experience for the youth. My journey began as a personal trainer, where I discovered my passion for inspiring others to achieve their fitness goals. Recognizing the unique energy and potential in young athletes, I shifted my focus towards pediatric fitness, aiming to build a foundation for lifelong health and fitness from an early age. In my classes, I emphasize the importance of proper form, safety, and personalized challenges, catering to the diverse abilities of each child. I strive to instill a sense of achievement and confidence in young athletes, encouraging them to push their boundaries while fostering a positive relationship with exercise. As your HIIT instructor, I promise a journey filled with energy, passion, and unwavering support. Together, we’ll leap, sprint, and push our way to becoming stronger, more resilient individuals. I can’t wait to meet you and embark on this exciting adventure together.
